Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to support our client's financial operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. Working within the Commercial team you will be joining a market leading Highways construction and maintenance employer.
As a Finance Assistant, you will:
·Support financial reporting
·Raise purchase orders (POs)
·Enter goods receipts
·Handle invoice queries
·Perform cost reconciliations
·Process invoices
·Assist with profit & loss (P&L) and balance sheet reconciliations
What You'll Need to Succeed:
·Experience in month-end reconciliations is ideal
·Construction/highways experience is a plus but not essential
·Familiarity with balance sheets and P&L is beneficial
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
