Description:

Do you have experience working within financial services and looking to bring your experience to this high performing team?

As financial administrator to a team of wealth managers, you will play a key part in the day to day functions. With previous industry experience you will:

* Produce business reports/correspondence

* Liaise with clients, stakeholders and wealth managers via phone, email and virtual meetings

* Prepare client packs

* Arrange meetings - booking relevant meeting rooms/off site locations/transport as required

* Diary management

* Accurately maintain client files

* Support with all back office administrative duties

To succeed in this role you will need an excellent level of written and verbal communications, have the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time, prioritise and have the flexibility to cope with change.
