Description:
We are currently recruiting for one of our clients based in Cambridge who are recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join their growing team on an initial 6-month contract. This role would suit a candidate with experience in a similar role who is immediately available.
Typical duties include:
* Completing balance sheet reconciliations
* Ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner
* Reconciling bank payments
* Preparing VAT returns
* Assisting with month-end processes
* Performing any other ad-hoc tasks for the wider team
You will have:
* Full or part accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) QBE could be considered
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisation and able to prioritise workload
* Ability to work well both individually and as part of a wider team
