Financial Accountant
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: Up to £65,000 per year
Hours: Full Time
Our manufacturing client, is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their finance team in Leamington Spa.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to play a key role in financial reporting, controls, statutory compliance and business performance within an innovative international organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
Produce management accounts and provide financial insight to support decision-making.
Monitor cash flow, working capital and forecasting activities.
Support group reporting, statutory accounts and regulatory submissions.
Act as a key contact for internal and external audits.
Identify and implement process improvements across finance operations.About You:
Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent.
Must have experience within a manufacturing environment.
Previous post-qualified experience in industry or a commercial finance role.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
Experience with month-end processes, reconciliations and financial controls.
Audit experience would be advantageous.What's on Offer?
