One of our local authority clients are currently recruiting for a Finance Team Support Worker. This is a temporary contract for 3 months with possible further extension based on budget and performance.
Main Purpose of Post/Job Summary
The successful post holder will provide an effective and efficient high standard of financial support & administration to the managers and teams in Children’s Social Care & Youth Justice Division.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Setting up Finance Service packages- 60% of the role
* Dealing with payment queries- Internal and external departments- 20% of the role
* Dealing with under and Overpayments-15% of the role
* Running the payment cycles -5% of the role
