This leading-edge Healthcare provider has a network of over 80 services centre strategically placed across England and Wales.
Seeking Finance Support Officers (3 vacancies) working on finance projects and supporting the finance team. They are entering a busy period with year end and move to a new finance system. This is a varied role in a motivated and cheerful team, who work well together and support one another.
The Role Involves:
• Supporting move finance team during move onto a new finance system
• Triaging finance queries
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing bank payments
• Allocating payments and receipts
• Purchase ledger data entry including invoices, coding to multiple sites, reconciling to supplier statements at month end
• Ad-hoc duties
Experience Required:
• Previous experience in similar roles
• Worked in a fast-paced finance environment essential
• Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
• Good excel skills
• Previously used Sage 200
What we offer:
Shift - Monday – Friday
Hours - 9am – 5pm
Pay - Dependent on experience
Term - Initially 3 months
