Working 5 days out of 7 on a shift pattern

They are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join their team as a Sales and Finance Follow-Up Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with the telesales team and finance department to engage with customers who have visited their sites but have not yet taken advantage of finance facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to make follow-up calls, second face these customers, and present them with the benefits and options available through their financing services.


* Conduct follow-up calls to customers who have been appointed to sites but have not utilised their finance facilities.

* Schedule appointments to second face these customers and provide personalized assistance.

* Educate customers on the benefits of financing options available through my client

* Collaborate with the finance department to tailor financing solutions to meet customer needs.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

* Meet and exceed performance targets related to customer engagement and conversion rates.


* Previous experience in sales and finance is essential.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

* Strong persuasion and influencing abilities.

* High level of self-motivation and initiatives

* A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
