Ideally FTSE 100/250 background who has delivered and led on large scale programmes of work covering transformations of roles, process and systems.
Rethinking structures, harmonising processes across geographies and business entities, and automating key tasks with new technologies, we will deliver a simpler and more efficient operating model encouraging collaboration and flexibility to meet the ever-changing needs of the business.

You will work in partnership with the system integration SAP team to design and implement processes in the target system (SAP S/4 Hana public cloud).
One direct report within this role, which in collaboration will upskill and develop the individual to succeed post the FTC.

* Designs and develops finance programs utilising project management disciplines. Ensures successful project delivery that is in line with the broader goals and objectives of the Group Wide Real Estate team. Identifies stakeholders and their interaction with current processes – understanding value add interaction Vs work that is not supportive of goals or required output. Provides successful oversight of execution activities to ensure program adoption and adherence. Provides the processes and tools needed by teams across all functions enabling successful improvement implementation and delivery.

* Manage business stakeholders, set up and facilitates any necessary workshops / meetings to ensure needs are fully captured.

* Designs specific project plans including timelines, business cases, and resources ensuring design signoff by executive leadership/sponsorship to the program.

* Supports Real Estate Head and leadership in strategic analysis, project scoping, and approach definition. May provide consultation on complex large-scale projects that integrate into an organised program. Participates in process improvement efforts
