Finance Ops Lead - iD Mobile

As Finance Ops Lead you will have accountability for the management and the outcomes of the iD Operations team, optimising the consumption and utilisation of the iD environment, driving and tracking partner cost savings. You will also work closely with the iD Operations and Change management team to identify and execute ongoing opportunities for spend reduction. You will provide clear tracking, analysis, and reporting, across all iD Tech Ops spend, ensuring the iD tech teams have clear sight of process and governance commitments, spend reduction opportunities and associated actions, and financial performance and target attainment.

Key Responsibilities:
Finance Ops:
Management of the 3rd Party iD Finance Ops function, delivering the ongoing optimisation services
Development, governance, and evolution of the iD Fin Ops processes
Ownership of the spend reduction targets and the delivery of the optimisation activities resulting in the agreed in-year savings
Tracking and monitoring of all spend, reduction targets and the identified optimisation outcomes
Delivery of iD tech consumption/spend reporting, providing clear sight of all iD tech spend and forecasted spend, and engaging with iD tech resource consumers/owners to ensure visibility of both spend and optimisation opportunities
Driving the optimisation agenda with all iD resource consumers/owners, ensuring all parties are aligned in supporting the savings outcomes
Ensuring new projects have the appropriate Fin Ops planning and budget throughout the project lifecycle, and that the required Fin Ops handover is in place when the project moves into BAU operational run
Managing the financial year planning for all forecasted iD spend
Budget Support & Management:
Support the Ops teams with budget management, and financial year planning
Work across all iD tech team to identify opportunities for spend optimisation, driving the optimisation agenda, ownership, and outcomes
Provide a yearly roadmap, for operational renewals, associated renewal actions and the agreed outcomes
Providing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across the tech operational budget
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners in finance, procurement, operations and delivery teams to ensure the tech forecast is understood and aligned across all teams
Delivery:
Drive resource capitalisation across Ops, Change and Delivery teams
Support business cases as needed, CCB submissions and InvestCo
Portfolio budget management, ensuring forecast and actuals alignment, throughout the contract and PO lifecycle
Benefit tracking and realisation throughout the project lifecycle
