Finance Officer

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our client's team! ????????????

???? Start Date: ASAP

⌛️ End Date: July 22, 2024

⏰ Working Pattern: Part Time (2 days a week ) Temporary contract that could go Permanent!

???? Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Funding Officer in various financial tasks and provide support as needed.
Undertake detailed checking and analysis of budget monitoring reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Perform checking and posting of bank reconciliation reports to maintain accurate financial records.
Produce monthly information reports using QuickBooks for the Board of Directors.
Be responsible for the day-to-day management of financial systems, including the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
Collect and record housing benefit and service charges received from Service Users, following established systems.✅ Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of two years of financial experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial principles and practises.
Extensive experience in using QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Exceptional ability to maintain accurate and effective records.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Capable of undertaking detailed checking and analysis of financial reports.???? Personal Attributes:

Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
