An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Officer to join our growing fast-paced finance team based at Kingston Park.
As a Finance Officer, you will play a pivotal role within our finance team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve preparing annual service charge budgets and year end accounts ensuring accurate client invoicing. Your attention to detail will be key in maintaining accurate records.
About the role:
* Full time (37 hrs Monday to Friday)
* Up to £30,929
* Permanent contract
About you:
You’ll need:
* Experience of providing financial services within a customer focused environment.
* Ability to work proactively, prioritise tasks, use own initiative and perform under pressure.
* Ability to discuss financial accounting matters with Property Managers and external accountants.
* Strong Excel skills are required.
* Knowledge of financial management systems and procedures.
