Monday- Friday
8am-4pm
starting: ASAP, Long term (continuing in September 2024)

Connex Education is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Assistant on bahalf of our client based in B14. The successful candidate will support the Finance and Admin Department in managing the school’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with all financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Supporting with BACs payments
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Support the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with the school’s annual audit process.
Manage the Schools I&E.
Provide administrative support to the Office team.
Ensure compliance with school policies and financial regulations.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Desirable Criteria:
Experience using Parent Pay and SIMs is desirable
