Finance & Office Manager | Boutique Accountancy Firm | Harrow | £45,000

You will be responsible for leading and overseeing all operations in the company whilst looking after the management of the accounts, financial risk register and statutory compliance.
You will also ensure adequate and appropriate financial controls, processes and procedures exist in respect of day-to-day financial functions, whilst assisting with the year-end audit.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 12 staff members, guiding to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Streamline financial processes and controls.
Collaborate with clients, auditors, and financial institutions.
Prepare financial statements and reports for the Director.
Compile and manage a financial risk register.
Dealing with some HR and legal matters.
Managing the company accounting and procurement systems.
Inbox management.
Office management.
The successful candidate:
Experience in accounting, budget management, and creating financial reports.
Basic experience dealing with legal documentation and HR.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting softwares.
Experience in the Hospitality industry is a plus.
Qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
