£70-75k + c10% bonus
A Private Equity backed Real Estate business is hiring a technically strong Finance Manager following consistent YoY growth.
This well-funded, highly entrepreneurial and fast paced international company is seeking an ACA qualified individual from a top practice, to play a key role in delivering robust financial control and work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility of relevant financial information ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Quarterly close process - ensuring relevant information is reported to group and commercial finance
Implement and maintain relevant controls ensuring reliability of information
Streamline internal reporting to support better analysis of overall business performance
Manage a team of five direct reports - with the support of the Senior Finance Manager
Work with wide finance team to review performance vs. budget, and new budget setting
Support annual audit process
Key Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) - can be straight from if Audit Manager level
Strong technical skillset
Ability to manage senior stakeholders
