A successful Finance Manager should have:

Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis within a Group Accounting function
Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
