We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all financial aspects of our construction and development projects, ensuring sound financial management and contributing to the company’s overall success.

Responsibilities:

        1.      Manage all financial activities related to construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
        2.      Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
        3.      Monitor project financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
        4.      Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
        5.      Conduct financial analysis to evaluate project feasibility, profitability, and return on investment.
        6.      Coordinate with accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
        7.      Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
        8.      Implement and enforce financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
        9.      Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
        10.    Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the construction and development sector.

Requirements

Requirements:

        1.      Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
        2.      Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the construction or development industry.
        3.      Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
        4.      Solid understanding of construction project management principles, including cost estimation, scheduling, and risk management.
        5.      Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and project management software.
        6.      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
        7.      Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
        8.      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
        9.      Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and developing finance teams.
        10.    Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in finance and construction.
