THE ROLE:
Cashflow forecasting and budgeting
Construction CIS Returns
Running an accounts department of a 8 to 10 million pound company turn over
To Manage the finance and credit control team
Bookkeeping / Accounting / Sage / Payroll / Credit control
People Management dealing with conflict.
Helping business to work in Europe / distribution.
Accounting background AAT /
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
Experience working in the construction industry
Hands on experience with payroll, credit control & accounts
Qualified in Finance and Accounting ( AAT ACCA AAT CIMA ECT ) or qualified by experience
Cashflow forecasting and budgeting experience
experience trading in Europe
Staff development & Supervisory experience
Strong leadership skills & excellent communication skills and relationship building
Demonstrable ability to work with people at all levels
Good knowledge of English - verbal and written
Experience of using accounting software including SAGE
Ideally looking for a locally based candidate within a 30 Min's commute in the Kent or surrounding areas
