Finance Manager | c.£50,000–£70,000 | Bonus & Company Car | Stoke-on-Trent | Manufacturing | On-Site
Axon Moore is delighted to be working on a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Finance Manager to join a globally recognised market leader during an exciting growth phase.
This is a fully on-site role, working closely with Directors, operations, and project teams to drive performance, provide commercial insight, and manage a small finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver monthly management accounts, cash flow reporting, budgets & forecasts
Provide P&L analysis, KPI reporting & contract performance insight to support business decisions
Partner with production teams to understand profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities
Support year-end audit and balance sheet reviews
About You:
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified – ideally
Manufacturing or engineering experience preferred
Previous team management / mentoring experience
Commercially minded with strong Excel skills
