A service organisation based in Tewkesbury is currently recruiting a Finance Manager to join their team.
This is a newly created role working for a growing owner-managed business and is an excellent opportunity for anyone who enjoys operating within an SME environment.
Duties will include:
* Month end analysis and reporting
* Managing a small finance team
* Implementing process improvements within the team
* Assist the MD with strategic decisions based on financial performance
* Budget and cashflow analysis
