Finance Manager – Wallingford - £65,000 – £80,000

A growing construction business is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take them to the next level and help strengthen their Finance department.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for:

* Overall Finance department ownership, bookkeeping, ledgers, monthly and annual reporting

* Cashflow forecasting, working capital and liquidity

* Budget control

* Cost reduction activities

* Management account preparation

* Analysis of financial records

* Board level advice and guidance

* System implementation to streamline processes

The ideal Finance Manager will have:

* Proven experience in a similar role with examples of business growth and improvement

* Professional accounting qualification

* Experience in construction or manufacturing

* A forward thinking approach

* The ability to bring and implement ideas
