Finance Manager

Recruitrite are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join a team. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the Group / Company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team. * Covering all aspects of financial management within the group

* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department

* Working with an reporting figures to senior teams, management and the board of directors

* Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

* Assisting with general duties and date reports

* Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance

* Budgeting, Forecasting and Accounting: month-end and year-end

* Cost base and overhead analysis

* Banks and deferred income calculations and reconciliation

* Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers

* Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations

* Any other ad hoc financial management projects and initiatives

Requirements:

* At least five years’ experience, as a Finance Manager or similar role

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

* Proficient in financial planning, analysis, and reporting

* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

* Some experience of working in the construction industry

* Strong operating knowledge of all ledgers, accounting and financial administration

* ACCA / CIMA qualification

* Forecasting knowledge

* Confident with Sales & Purchase ledgers

* Managing credit control for the group
