We're looking for a dynamic, ambitious Finance Manager to join a fast-paced, high-energy team, gaining hands-on experience across the full spectrum of transactional finance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, driven professional eager to make an impact.

What You'll Do:
???? Oversee purchase/sales ledgers, cash books, loan schedules and ensure accurate reconciliations
???? Maintain accruals, prepayments & amortisation schedules
???? Prepare management accounts, including budget variance analysis
???? Lead VAT & CIS return submissions
???? Supervise invoice processing & cash book maintenance
???? Manage statutory accounts, audits & financial reporting
???? Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors & key stakeholders
???? Present finance reports to shareholders & board members
What We're Looking For:
✔ ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (essential)
✔ At least one year post-qualified experience (essential)
✔ Experience working in a professional finance environment
✔ Confidence in board-level interactions (experience desirable, but not essential)
✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
✔ Proactive mindset with a drive for process improvement
