My client is a rapidly growing high-voltage engineering, manufacturing, and project delivery organisation at a pivotal position, seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of financial discipline and drive growth through robust financial control.

As a Finance Manager, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day financial management, controls, reporting, and forecasting across a thriving, multi-faceted engineering business. You'll produce monthly management accounts that provide clear, accurate, and timely financial information to support operational decisions, manage cash flow through detailed rolling forecasts, and establish robust financial control across all projects. Working closely with the CEO, Commercial & Operations Manager, and wider management team, you'll challenge financial performance where necessary, develop appropriate financial KPIs and dashboards, and provide the financial discipline and visibility required to support continued growth—giving you genuine strategic influence, real responsibility, and the satisfaction of shaping financial strategy as a Finance Manager in a pivotal, growing organisation.

This Finance Manager role would suit an experienced professional with demonstrable experience as a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, or Financial Controller who brings strong management accounting capability and excellent cash-flow forecasting skills. You'll have strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, experience managing accounts receivable and payable, and strong Excel and financial modelling ability. Your commercially minded approach, comfort challenging management, and ability to operate effectively within a rapidly growing organisation, combined with experience in engineering, manufacturing, project-based environments, or work-in-progress and project accounting, will help you thrive as a Finance Manager.
