Zenith Advisory Partners are working with a dynamic and growing business with an annual turnover of £10 million in their search for a Finance Manager. They pride themselves on their innovative approach and their commitment to excellence. Due to growth, they are looking for a proactive and experienced Finance Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving their business forward.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Finance Director and supporting the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will be a key player in their financial team. This is a highly fluid role that offers a broad scope of responsibilities and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's future. You will be involved in everything from producing management accounts, financial planning and analysis to assisting with strategic decision-making, ensuring that their financial operations are robust and support their growth ambitions.
This role is fully office based so you must be willing to travel to site 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to support decision-making by senior management.
Manage cash flow
Assist with leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Assisting with the audit
Collaborate with other departments to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
Support the Finance Director in strategic planning and business development initiatives. Benefits:
£45,000-£60,000 per annum (DOE)
25 days annual leave raising to 30 days with service
