An exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join the FP&A team of a major household-name retail business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a larger, fast-paced organisation, broaden their commercial experience and take the next step in their career.
Working closely with the Head of Finance - FP&A, you'll play an important role in shaping financial plans, understanding business performance and supporting key decisions across the organisation.
The opportunity:
Take ownership of key areas of the annual budget and three-year strategic plan.
Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting across key cost areas.
Analyse trends, challenge performance and provide meaningful financial insight.
Work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to executive-level reporting.
Manage and develop a Senior Finance Analyst.
Drive improvements across financial planning, reporting and processes.
What we're looking for:
You'll ideally be a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant, with experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial planning and analysis.
We're interested in someone who:
Has a strong grounding in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Enjoys getting into the detail, understanding performance and identifying opportunities.
Can build relationships and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
Enjoys developing others and taking ownership.
Is ambitious, curious and keen to keep progressing.
Experience within retail, consumer, FMCG or a large, multi-site organisation would be beneficial.
