Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire Hybrid (1 day/week in Northamptonshire office + monthly travel to Denmark)

Our client, a global leader in intralogistics and warehouse solutions, is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to support operations in Denmark and Norway. This is an excellent opportunity to combine financial expertise with international exposure in a company known for innovation and growth.
The role:
As Finance Manager, you’ll act as a key finance partner to local management and project teams, providing accurate analysis, reporting, and insights that drive performance across two countries.
Key responsibilities:
* Financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering
* Month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting
* VAT/statutory reporting and Group-level reporting
* Process improvement and cross-country collaboration
About you:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance Manager, Management Accounting or similar
* Strong analytical and commercial mindset
* Confident communicating financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
* Relevant management/financial accounting qualification
* Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable in an international setting
