RECfinancial is exclusively recruiting for a Finance Manager to join one of FMCG clients who have a site based in Leicester. Based at an impressive head office, the role is commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicester, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this exciting Finance Managers will be responsible for a team of three / four who look after the management accounting and period end group reporting.
The role has a food mix of routine accounting, being exposed to budget, forecasting, kpi analysis & reporting as well as working with the wider business.
You will be tasked with coaching and developing your team in turn making sure that you have an eye on succession planning for your replacement as your career progresses in the business. They are keen to hire a candidate who is career motivated.
To be considered for the role it is likely that you are in a Management Accounting or Finance Manager type role. For this particular role you will need to be qualified in either the CIMA or ACCA qualification.
