Description
Manage the accounting and finance department, ensuring all day-to-day financial operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Supervise, mentor, and develop a small finance team to ensure optimal performance.
Lead budget planning and financial forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support company growth.
Produce and present monthly financial reports to stakeholders and provide insightful analysis.
Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Develop and improve internal processes to better use software and systems.
Establish and maintain company financial policies and procedures.
Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.
Run a monthly payroll accurately and efficiently.Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
A strong background in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Prior experience in a similar role, preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership / management role, preferred.
Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
Excellent IT skills with proficiency in accounting software.Job Offer
