POST recruitment are recruiting a Finance Manager for a group of SME's with a current turnover of circa £10m.
This is a fantastic role for a 'hands on' Management Accountant to take the step up into an autonomous FM role with a supportive senior management team.
The successful candidate will be an experienced, highly organised and motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The candidate will have a thorough knowledge of accounting principles, current laws and regulations related to accounting.
The skills and experience required for this role are:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance role.
• Qualified in either AAT or ACCA/CIMA with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and current regulations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency in the use of accounting software such as Xero / Zoho Books, Sage or similar.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work accurately with timeliness and efficiency.
