Responsibilities:
* Oversee and maintain financial infrastructure, systems, and procedures by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide oversight and control of the purchase ledger, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier payments and invoice management.
* Utilise KPIs to drive team performance, ensuring timely completion of KPI reports for stakeholders
* Oversee the Sales Ledger, aiming to minimize bad debt write-offs
* Ensure financial arrangements align with company decisions through collaboration with senior stakeholders
* Deputise during absences, ensuring timely delivery of management accounts, forecasts, and reports.
About You
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AAT Qualified with relevant experience
* Able to effectively lead and mentor a team
* Experience in running an operational finance team, ensuring the day-to-day runs smoothly and efficiently
* Ability to prioritise workloads and work within deadlines
* Desire for continuous improvement within processes and procedures
