As a Finance Manager, you will be working in a business that operates across the UK & Ireland, delivering logistical solutions to their clients on a daily basis.
In this role, you will work closely with the Company Management Accountant and oversee a team of 7 within accounts to ensure that the day to day operation runs smoothly and that management accounts are completed accurately and efficiently, utilising accurate financial insights to contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

The Role
Oversee the day to day operation of the finance department
Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and supporting commentary.
Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities for business forecasting
Perform financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors.
Using Power BI to assist with reporting
You will need:
Third Level qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Qualified or working towards a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
Prior experience in a similar role
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll receive:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Base Salary Dependant on Experience
