Finance Manager
Location: Aldershot, Hampshire
Salary: £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Are you an experienced Finance Manager looking for a varied, hands-on role where you can take ownership of a company's financial operations?
Our client is a well-established business consultancy with decades of experience, operating nationwide from its offices in Aldershot.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company's day-to-day finances, manage cash flow and provide financial information to support business planning and decision-making.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role within a smaller business and is comfortable working closely with decision makers.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records using Xero.
* Preparing weekly and monthly cash-flow forecasts.
* Producing management reports, budgets and financial forecasts.
* Monitoring expenditure, project costs and profitability.
* Managing monthly payroll, pensions, PAYE and CIS deductions.
* Liaising with external accountants regarding management and year-end accounts.
* Overseeing financial compliance and relationships with banks and finance providers.
* Supporting the Directors with business planning and general office management.
About You
* Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Accounts Manager or similar.
* Previous finance experience within facilities management, commercial fit-outs, office refurbishment, property maintenance, HVAC, building engineering or a related project-based business would be particularly advantageous.
* Strong working knowledge of Xero.
* A practical, hands-on approach and the confidence to work independently.
