Job Title: Finance & HR Senior Administrator
Location: Lutterworth, Office Based
Pay rate/Salary: £30 - £38k
Hours of Work: 08:00 – 16:00 (Mon – Fri)
Type: Permanent Full-time
Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)
We are hiring for a Finance & HR Senior Administrator that is experienced in using all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, PPT etc.) in Lutterworth. This a full-time role where you will responsible for finance including – setting budgets, tracking spend against budget and daily purchase order and invoice payment control , with additional responsibility for some HR and Operational administration functions.
Responsibilities of a Finance & HR Senior Administrator
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
Creation of Purchase orders , Supplier set up and maintenance
Receiving, checking, receipting, and paying invoices
Establishing the budget (annually) and liaising with budget owners (monthly)
Tracking spend against budget with budget owners
Implementing and monitoring service and cost improvement activities with new and existing suppliers
Reporting daily and monthly headcount, absence levels, producing return to work documentation
Reporting absence levels monthly and annually
Producing weekly time sheets for permanent staff and interims
Producing all administration linked to the monthly payroll and producing specific reports e.g. overtime
Involvement in annual salary increase process and undertaking annual bonus calculations
Managing the company car lease scheme and other related car schemes
Leavers administration.
Managing the annual workwear process
Administration of the holiday system – holiday cards, Supervisors log etc
Organising an annual meeting calendar and booking meetings
General administrative duties such as attending meetings and taking notes for distribution by e-mail.
Supporting sports and social activity, including the annual X-Mas party
Producing ad hoc reporting for example linked to insurance and benefit providers
Skills and experience of a Finance & HR Senior Administrator
As a Finance & HR Senior Administrator, you need the following experience:
Proficient with all Microsoft office applications (XL , ppt , word , Access) etc
Working knowledge of ORACLE , BOARD , Hyperion
Knowledge and ideally experience of using MS Power Apps to transform manual business operations into digital, automated processes
Ability to mail merge
An enthusiastic and personable approach with a willingness to interact with a wide range of people (office, warehouse staff, overseas colleagues)
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work in a team and work independently where required
