About DSW:
DSW is a family owned and run water treatment and engineering company, based in Lingfield, Surrey. In a fast changing industry, DSW are proud to remain 100% independent. Due to the sustained growth and expansion of the business, DSW are now looking to welcome a part time Finance and HR assistant to support the team.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Finance and HR assistant will be responsible for providing assistance to our Finane Assistant and HR and Recruitment Liaison.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Finances:
* Invoicing
* Data input for creating financial reports for the Directors
* Adding bills to the accounts system
* Raising purchase order numbers
* Assisting with expenses management
HR:
* Assisting with recruitment -Job adverts, replying to applicants, arranging interview etc
* Assistance with onboarding and off boarding members of staff
* General HR & Recruitment admin
Hours:
* Must be available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
* Flexible hours between 8:00am – 4:00pm (15 – 22.5hours per week)
* Additional hours available to cover holidays
Package/Benefits:
* Salary: £13.07 per hour
* 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays – pro-rata
* Additional 1 day annual leave for every 2 years service up to a maximum of 28 days
