Our client requires an entrepreneurial Finance Enterprise Partner to spearhead strategic financial initiatives within their commercial operations. You will play a pivotal role in influencing strategic financial decisions within this globally renowned business. You will be the kind of person who wants to make a difference within your day-to-day work, but of course there are a few other requirements:
Professional Background: Extensive experience in commercial finance.
Experience: Ideally 5-8 years of post-graduation finance experience.
Role Experience: Previous roles as a finance business partner or senior financial analyst with FP&A expertise.
Regional Experience: Proven track record in managing finance operations within the UK/Ireland, preferably in a larger corporate environment.
Qualifications: Preference for candidates with CIMA or ACCA certification.
In this role you will act as a trusted Partner to business stakeholders and a key point of contact for customers. You will also be responsible for:
Produce reports for both public and internal audiences.
Manage data efficiently.
Present findings and reports to clients.
Understand and address client needs.
Focus on cost reduction strategies.
Collaborate closely with the commercial team.
Challenge stakeholders when necessary.
Serve as a bridge between finance and commerce.
Engage in business partnering activities.
Perform financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Operate within a matrix organizational structure.
Align with and contribute to the broader leadership team's objectives.
