Description:
Ford & Stanley Executive Search (Part of the Ford & Stanley Group) are specialists in Executive Interim and Permanent appointments to the UK, European & North American, Rail, General Manufacturing, and Digital & Technology Industries.
Assignment: Finance Director
Rate: £750-£800 per day
Location: Buckinghamshire (site based)
Duration: 6 months
Project / Deliverables: Can be discussed verbally with the search Consultant / Search Director
Status Determination: Outside IR35
Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:
Fully qualified CIMA or ACCA or similar.
Experience as a Finance Director/Head of Finance within an SME environment.
Previous experience transforming a finance function (ideally through system transformation/consolidation)
Previous track record working in a business experiencing a turnaround/transformation.
A proven ability of success in a manually driven financial environment.

Naturally strategic & commercial thinker.
An Engaging and persuasive personality
Ability to build strong relationships with varied internal stakeholders.
Whilst there is a team of 5 that report in, a willingness to get hands on.
Governance mindset.
