Hybrid - £26,000 per annum £13.51 per hour - Temporary to Permanent Position for the right candidate. 

Our longstanding client based in Huntingdon are looking for a Finance Customer Service Administrator to join their established team.

Do you have experience working in both the Customer Service and the Finance sector? (preferably business to business) Are you looking for a cascade of Opportunities? This is a 12-week position that could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate for the Finance Customer Service Administrator must have worked within the finance sector and have fantastic attention to detail, as well as confidence in delivering customer service to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

Primary focus on payment allocation through SAP

Maintaining customer accounts and general ledgers. 

Administrative duties through our clients new Inflow portal

Directly handle customer queries via telephone and email.  

Maximise income while minimising outstanding debt. 

Assisting the debt collection team through the recovery and legal process. 

liaising with other departments to support our clients’ customers through their application process.

Ensuring levels of service targets are met (SLA’s)

A strong focus on error resolution and process improvement, which will give the candidate a real opportunity to stand out and leave their mark.

Skills/Experience:

Comfortable with basic arithmetic.

Excellent telephone etiquette with ability to discuss matters such as payment resolution & debt chasing. 

Proficient with all Microsoft Office products - including the use of VLOOKUP & pivot tables.  

Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.  

The desire to solve problems, improve processes and deliver efficiencies. 

Ability to work independently and as part of the team.

Hybrid role

Flexible working hours

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00hrs
