Manufacturing Finance Business Partner 

Manufacturing | Financial Control | Team Leadership | Balance Sheet | Process Improvement

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner- Manufacturing to lead the finance function within our manufacturing operations. This is a , leadership role responsible for financial control, team management, and driving robust processes to support operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Full ownership of the monthly management accounts process
Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles
Manage and develop the Manufacturing Finance Team
Maintain strong balance sheet control and financial governance
Partner closely with operational leadership to support performance
Develop and track KPIs across manufacturing operations
Drive improvements in financial controls, processes, and reporting
Collaborate with data teams to enhance business insight
What We’re Looking For

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
Proven leadership experience within manufacturing finance
Strong expertise in financial controls, reporting, and accounting principles
Ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
Commercial mindset with a focus on cost control and performance
