What You'll Do:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be the go-to financial advisor for our Directorates and Divisions. Your role will encompass a variety of key responsibilities, including:

Delivering high-quality financial information and advice to influence operational and strategic decisions.
Supporting business planning and financial monitoring processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Reporting monthly to the Board and Divisions, while aiding in the completion of business cases for cost improvement initiatives.
Leading financial support for projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational success.

Key Accountabilities:

Financial Provisioning: Prepare accurate budgets and provide up-to-date financial management information to budget holders.
Management Support: Offer expert financial insights that enhance decision-making and business planning across the organisation.
Planning Coordination: Oversee the financial strategic planning cycle and support the development of delivery plans that align with our long-term vision.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective financial reporting and collaboration.

Who You Are:
We're looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual with:

A recognised professional accountancy qualification (CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.).
A minimum of three years' significant financial management experience in a large, complex organisation.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills to drive change and foster collaboration.Ready to Make a Difference?
