We are seeking experienced Senior Finance Business Partners to join a high-profile organisation on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering financial insight, business partnering support, and strategic decision-making within a complex and fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will build strong relationships across the business, providing financial leadership, analysis, and insight to support informed decision-making and drive performance. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead and support finance teams to deliver high-quality financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support finance business partnering teams to deliver accurate and timely financial information.
Oversee forecasting, budgeting, reporting, procurement planning, and variance analysis activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
Support resource planning and balancing activities across finance teams.
Review and contribute to business cases and strategic initiatives.
Ensure effective budget management, governance, and financial controls are in place.
Promote high standards of quality, compliance, security, and teamwork.
Requirements
Proven experience operating as a Finance Business Partner within a large or complex organisation.
Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting expertise.
Experience managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Due to the nature of the work, the successful candidates will need to be DV cleared prior to starting
