Provide financial insights to assist with strategic decision-making.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Collaborate with operational teams to monitor and improve financial performance.
Analyse variances and recommend corrective actions where needed.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Support cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as required.Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
Previous experience in accounting or financial analysis, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with various teams and stakeholders.
A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
An ability to work collaboratively and drive financial performance improvements.Job Offer
