Description:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to lead the finance function. Working closely with operational leaders, you will oversee financial reporting, support business performance and lead a team to ensure effective financial control and decision-making.
* Oversee the monthly management accounts process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
* Manage and develop the manufacturing finance team.
* Maintain strong balance sheet controls and financial governance.
* Work with operational teams to monitor performance, costs and key KPIs.
* Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting.
* Collaborate with data teams to strengthen business insight and decision-making.
This is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to take ownership of manufacturing finance, develop a team and work closely with the wider business to improve financial and operational performance
