Northampton | Hybrid (2-3 days office) | Permanent
A well-established organisation is looking to appoint a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support senior stakeholders across a large, multi-functional business.
This is a highly visible role where you'll combine commercial insight with financial planning, helping shape business decisions through meaningful analysis, forecasting and strategic support.
Responsibilities
Business partnering with senior operational stakeholders.
Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles.
Financial modelling and scenario analysis.
Variance analysis and performance reporting.
Development of business cases and commercial recommendations.
Providing challenge and insight to influence decision making.
Supporting continuous improvement across planning and reporting processes.
About You
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
An experienced Finance Business Partner or FP&A professional.
Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
Experienced within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Commercially minded with strong analytical skills.
Confident building financial models and business cases
