Page Personnel are working alongside a very successful company based in Accrington. They are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join on a 6 month fixed term basis providing financial insight, strategic guidance, and decision support to the Accounting & Finance department.

If you are successful you will be entitled to:
Provide strategic financial guidance to the Accounting & Finance department.
Partner with key stakeholders to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
Lead financial forecasting and budgeting processes within the department.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Present financial analysis and reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Support the development of strategic plans.
Provide training and mentoring to junior finance team members.Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
Proficiency in financial software and databases.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
Part qualified in CIMA or ACCA Job Offer
