Henderson Brown Recruitment is delighted to partner with an industry-leading business based in Lincolnshire to find an experienced and proactive Finance Business Partner to join their team in Spalding. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for business partnering to make a significant impact on the financial performance of the organisation.

Job Purpose:
The Finance Business Partner will provide analytical support and business partnering to operational sites, aiding in the planning, understanding, and improvement of financial performance. This role involves identifying areas for improvement in revenue and efficiency, offering commercial analysis, and providing finance leadership on key business projects.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to
* Planning: Deliver the three-year plan and annual budgeting/forecasting cycle. Maintain rolling forecasts to support profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
* Insight, Analysis, and Reporting: Advise stakeholders on KPIs and performance to ensure the delivery of plans and drive margin improvement. Produce management accounts and provide commercial analysis to operational management.
* Business Partnering: Work closely with the Senior Operational Management Team to develop financial capability. Establish working relationships with internal stakeholders to influence change. Prepare budgets and forecasts for relevant business units.
* Project Management: Manage finance deliverables, including due diligence, data manipulation, and business case support. Support pricing and tender requirements through analysis and modeling. Communicate progress, risks, issues, and opportunities with key stakeholders throughout the process.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills.
* Experience in producing management accounts and working with operational teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to influence change.
