This globally recognised brand is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Business Partner to join their expanding team. As a vital member of our finance department, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth and ensuring the long-term financial success of the organisation. Your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and provide valuable financial insights will be critical in helping them make informed business decisions and achieve our strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities include

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies that support the company's overall goals and objectives.
To maintain full, accurate and timely data sets on the commercial performance of the business in order to be able to respond swiftly and correctly to ad hoc requests for information.
Mine data sources and look for trends, variances and any other relevant information. 
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business opportunities, including new routes, acquisitions, and partnerships.
Communicate findings to the Senior Management Team.
Working with colleagues in IT, to develop Management Information Systems capable of providing immediate and simple access to commercial data
Provide financial analysis and insights to support pricing decisions, contract negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives.
Support the financial planning and forecasting processes, including budget preparation and variance analysis.
Conduct regular financial performance reviews and present findings to senior management.
Lead the development of robust financial reporting and analysis tools to enhance decision-making capabilities.
Support the preparation and evaluation of business cases for capital expenditure projects and investments.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to internal controls.You ill be able to demonstrate

Recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role
Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in financial planning and forecasting tools, and experience in budgeting and variance analysis.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, using own initiative and judgment to deliver outputs to agreed deadlines.
