About the Role:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a strategic advisor, partnering with key stakeholders across the business. You'll leverage your financial expertise to translate complex data into actionable insights, supporting informed decision-making and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business unit leaders to understand their strategic goals and challenges.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and develop financial forecasts and models.
Support budgeting, cost management, and profitability initiatives.
Provide financial guidance and recommendations on business decisions, including investments, mergers & acquisitions, and product launches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.Qualifications:
ACA. CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional designation preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role, with some experience in a business partnering capacity.
Strong understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for business leaders.
Experience in the telecommunications industry a plus.
