Description
The Finance Business Partner will;
Collaborating with various departments to develop financial forecasts and operational goals.
Analysing financial data and creating financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Providing insightful, data-driven business recommendations to the executive management team.
Assisting with budget preparation and management.
Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost-saving measures.
Preparing detailed monthly performance reports and presentations.
Identifying opportunities for financial optimisation and risk management.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.Profile
A successful 'Finance Business Partner' should have:
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
