As our Finance Business Partner, you lead on providing essential Financial support to the sales and operational team enabling the business to achieve our financial targets. The role operates as an integral business partner, providing crucial financial insights into performance and productivity.
You will work closely with the Head of Commercial Finance to continuously identifying performance improvement initiatives and then develop, implementation and monitoring of plans to ensure success. You will actively support the commercial finance team during the budget and forecast process, monitor actively the KPIs across the region.
Ideally you will be an experienced Finance Business Parter and hold ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Equivalent. Be data led & analytical thinker alongside a strong relationship builder in both internal and 3rd party partnerships.
Finance Business Partner: The Role
Develop and produce weekly/monthly consistent reporting on all initiatives across the regions, to assess the profitability of each one and to input into the improvement of each one as required to increase company profitability
Using data and key insights to quickly identify opportunities and risks and communicating them effectively to help driven action
Working with key stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information to assist with decision making and tying into their strategy;
Be the gatekeepers of the P&Ls and lead the P&Ls review with respective stakeholders
Support HOCF in continuously identifying performance improvement initiatives and the development, implementation and monitoring of these plans
Communicate effectively with the operational teams including site visits
Actively support the commercial finance team during the budget and forecast process, monitor actively the KPIs across the regions
Proactively tackle ad hoc company-wide projects / tasks which are allocated from time-to-time
Building relationships with budget holders and communicating openly on business issues that can be supported with financial information.Finance Business Partner: Skills & experience
To hold a Finance Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Equivalent)
The ability to build relationships in key parts of the business with stakeholders and providing insight into financial performance.
To be able to analytically identify trends in performance and the ability to communicate to a diverse audience.
To have the agility to be able to deliver underlying financial results based on evolving market trends.
To constructively challenge stakeholders led by data on performance and productivity
