Description:
CY are working exclusively with an established and progressive organisation to secure the skills of an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team.
This is an exciting, outward facing role, responsible for the providing an effective business partnering service to the operations teams, senior leaders whilst also business partnering with the tendering team, providing financial oversight to the contract bidding process and producing analysis for annual reviews.
Role will involve:
* Leading the reporting and management accounting function, providing an operationally facing business partnering service.
* To develop and run operational finance reviews to ensure management reporting is accurate and to hold budget holders to account for their financial positions.
* To offer financial expertise to the business development team to support the tendering process.
* To lead the annual budget setting process and support the development of medium-term financial strategy.
* To provide financial management development to budget holders.
* Work with the Director of Finance to produce a monthly 12 month rolling forecast
* Finance pack production covering income and expenditure, contract reporting, variance analysis and key financial KPIs.
* Support the Director of Finance with the implementation of strategic projects.
Working directly with the Finance Director, this is a progressive and wide-ranging role for an ambitious individual keen to accelerate through their career path.
Would suit a fully qualified or actively studying ACA/CIMA/ACCA individual who has come through the management accounting route, who is looking to expand their sector experience into charity and gain experience of working with senior teams.
